To submit an abstract or simply to attend the meeting, register by filling out the form below and by mailing the registration fee, US $190 ($250 after September 18, 2015; $95 for students), payable to "Annual Interdisciplinary Conference". Talks cannot be scheduled until the registration information is received and the conference fee is paid.
