What We DoMost of our studies try to figure out how young children develop number concepts, and what adults can do to help. A current focus of our work is dual-language learners--children who are learning more than one language at a time. We also have a few studies looking at adult numerical cognition (e.g., Negen & Sarnecka, 2010)
